About ReturnKoto?
ReturnKoto? is an independent, owner-operated site that replays published Bangladeshi open-end mutual fund history so you can see what an amount actually became. Last updated 8 August 2026.
Who uses ReturnKoto?
Since June 2026, about 2,960+ people have used ReturnKoto?.
These are site-wide totals, not paid traffic, not AMC-sponsored. Numbers update automatically from GA4 every 24 to 48 hours.
What this site does
Historical total returns, not tips
You enter an amount and a period. ReturnKoto? replays that investment over each tracked fund’s published NAV history, with cash dividends reinvested by default (or taken as cash). It also publishes fees and structure from BSEC prospectuses, and holdings panels built from each asset manager’s own portfolio statements.
The site currently tracks 34 open-end funds. That count is a trust choice, not a claim that Bangladesh has only 34 funds.
Independence and funding
No AMC pays for anything on this site
ReturnKoto? is not affiliated with any asset manager, distributor, trustee, custodian or regulator. No AMC pays for badges, star rankings, homepage placement, preview access or inclusion on the roster.
The site is free to use. Running costs are covered by the owner. Optional reader tips via A coffee keeps ReturnKoto? running are welcome and do not buy influence over which funds appear, how they are scored, or how numbers are computed.
Collaborations under the AMC-Verified badge are data-accuracy conversations. They are not sponsorships.
Who runs it
Owner-operated
ReturnKoto? is built and maintained by one person. There is no newsroom staff, no AMC desk, and no sales team selling placements.

Which funds are included
Trust over coverage
A fund is listed only when ReturnKoto? can rebuild a usable history from publicly verifiable sources: a market-value NAV series long enough for the calculators, a dividend record that can be checked, and (for the holdings panel) a recent portfolio statement from the manager.
Funds that publish cost-basis NAVs, or whose prints cannot be verified against the secondary series within the site’s validation rules, stay off the roster even when they are large or well known. Missing a fund is usually a data bar, not an oversight.
Full sourcing, validation and return math live on the methodology page.
How numbers are checked
Published sources, then a second look
Each fund’s newest NAV is collected from the manager’s own website when a parser can read it, validated (newer-or-same date, drift within the published limit) and folded into the return series. Holdings are reconciled to the statement they came from. Star ratings are labeled experimental on the site and are not buy or sell recommendations.
AMC-Verified appears only after ReturnKoto? and that manager spoke through official channels, reviewed the figures together, and reached a shared understanding of what the page shows. Most funds do not carry that badge yet. Details: badge guide.
The site is still in BETA. Figures can lag, contain errors, or change when a method is corrected. Always check the manager’s own disclosures before you act.
What this is not
Not advice, not a regulator, not a complete market map
Nothing on ReturnKoto? is investment advice, a solicitation, or a prediction of future performance. Past results do not predict the future.
ReturnKoto? is not BSEC, not an AMC, and not a substitute for a prospectus, offer document or advice from a licensed intermediary.
